This African tale follow the rhythms of director Carroll Ballard's earlier films The Black Stallion and Fly Away Home, namely a child is drawn into the mysteries and magic of an animal. This is one of the best seasons Degrassi has ever made! The show took a more of an adult approach but still kept it more teen orientated. In this season you will see Paige facing her rapist in court and destroying his car. Craig dealing with bipolar and loses Ashley again. Emma contracts a STD. Then you have the world famous school shooting in "Time Stands Still". You also get deleted scenes (that will probably make you wonder why they didn't use 'that' in a particular episode). Also you get way more funnier bloopers from this season than you did with season two. It's a very good four disc dvd pack that any loyal Degrassi fan would enjoy! Being from America, I didn't get to see the famous "Accidents Will Happen" episode until I got the DVD. I must say it was a very good two parter that I've seen more than once. Before the abortion, we witness Manny going through an image change to get boys attention especially Craig that she couldn't get with the previous season, which is dating emo-goth girl Ashley. After Craig commits infidelity with Manny she ends up pregnant with his kid that she aborts.
Plus you see more relationships break with Sean/Emma and an abusive relationship in Terri/Rick.
Words cannot describe the perfect cast and quality of this show. I have seen nothing of comparison and taste since this show last graced us with its presence. This fictional drama brings light to more real circumstances and real feeling than all, yes ALL these so-called reality shows combined multiplied by a factor of 12. I am in total agreement that all of these seasons come out on DVD so I can Cancel all my depressing non-entertaining trailer-park reality TV show excrement cable channels once and for all. This show was one of the last doses of inspiration from writers as it appears the producers have lost all originality and foresight as to what a decent show is and are only interested in profit, propaganda, and advertisement of regurgitated mainstream sheeplevision. I already reviewed the Evil Dead 2 - Book of the dead 2 as a single edition, just wanted to add that there is a region 2/EUROPE+JAPAN/, version available with English DTS 5.1 sound, released in CZECH Republic by Bonton Home Video /also in Poland rel.by Vision/, it has 1 making of /about 30min./, commentary, trailer. It was released by end of 2004 /beginning of 2005/, I am not sure, I think it was Dec.2004.
