Actually, this first sequel in the seemingly never-ending LEPRECHAUN saga is a lot better than the original. The original famous LEPRECHAUN is by far the worst entry in the series, and most lep fans agree it's the least impressive and it's boring and completely unwatchable.
This second entry, however, is much better because the Lep isn't nearly as childish as he was in the first and he's much more of a pervert. (He gets REALLY perverted in LEPRECHAUN 3.)
Anyway, this one is about the Lep looking for love. On St. Patrick's Day 1,000 years ago, he turns 1,000 years old and it is tradition that on his one thousandth b-day, a Leprechaun can claim his bride.
