The instructor is very 80's cheesy, but the workout is pretty intense, so it's pretty easy to tune him out. This workout will definately have you "feelin' it" the next day. I am an extremely lazy and undedicated person. Somehow, I don't mind doing this every day for 8 minutes. Sometimes I even do more than one of the workouts. They are all pretty intense.
