I had never done yoga before this DVD and am grateful for the easy intro into the form. I love that this workout is one I can do in a short amount of time and it seems to cover all my needs. I also love that when I am done the workout I feel refreshed and energized and not tired.

I never get bored with the ravi and ana workouts. They are one hell of a challenge but leave you feeling completely relaxed and stress free after doing them. They are quite and accomplishment to complete but the exercises are doable for everyone. I keep doing these workouts and getting stronger each day. Kundalini Yoga is wonderful. I mix it in with my other practices (mostly Hatha) but can't live without that "yoga high" I get after doing this workout. Finally the long awaited updated Fat Free Yoga! And it was worth the wait. It will take me awhile before I can do the entire DVD. Right now I just do one of the four 20 minute sets and it is enough. I am hoping it will help me drop the 15 pounds that my doctor has recomended that I loose.
I have just been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and needed to start an exercise program. This DVD seems to be the right one.

Ok..Just when I thought I was moving to an advanced level in my practice a dvd comes along that kicks my butt! This one certainly did. I loved the variations of the poses and was glad to see that there were asanas that were not on my other dvd's. I am so tired of the Sun Salutation that is on other work outs. I have always had trouble with the lunge part of that set and this dvd cuts that part completely out. THANK YOU! It was a refreshing and tough workout and I am glad I bought it! I LOVE this DVD; I was going to put it on my Christmas list but could not wait after seeing the streaming video preview on the [...] website.I have been doing power yoga for 3 years & love my gym's classes, but started to need more stretch. All the strength building was making me lose my flexibility which was starting to make me feel like I am getting old and I am only in my very early 30's! Plus I was starting to get carpal tunnel from too many down dogs. This is the perfect workout for me when I can't get to the gym. Since I can't get to the gym a lot over the holidays I plan to be using this a lot in the next couple months. I think it will help me to maintain muscle while helping me to get my elasticity back.
