If you are serious about getting in shape but you don't have a lot of time then I definitely recommend these routines, especially when you include Abs & Arms. Unless you are already in excellent shape you will definitely feel the burn, in a good way. After about a month and a half I definitely notice the difference, I can now complete the leg workout non-stop, and can hold my own during the bun workout. I alternate days of these isolated workouts and some sort of cardio work, so my results are probably going to take longer than those more dedicated to these particular workouts.

Once you look passed the cheesy instructor and the 90s haircuts and pay attention to the excercises... you'll get a wonderful work out!
And it's great for people who have a busy day... just wake up a little early and dedicate 8 minutes of your life everyday to this DVD series and you'll start noticing the change within weeks!
A workout that BURNSSSSS!
This workout REALLY BURNS... Even after 3 weeks use, I pant & sweat as soon as I finish the workout. I dread putting the DVD into the player because I know I'll pause every now and then & consume lots of energy.... Yet, I recommend it and raise two thumbs up for this DVD! Very time convenient!!
i exercise frequently and am in pretty good shape. i bought this dvd to just give myself something extra to do on days i don't want to go to the gym.
surprisingly enough, i actually do feel a slight burn at the end of the segment. the dvd's strategy is to work your abs nonstop.
what i love about this dvd is the bonus material, which i end up using more then the ab portion. there's this tae-bo kickboxing segment (kai-bae) that i do regularly. it tends to exercise one side more, so i compensate by starting with the opposite side each time i do it.
i'd say this is an alright dvd. i recommend getting it if all you want is a quick and mild ab workout. i can see how over time it can strengthen your abs. but if you want something more hard core, this is... While the 80's outfits may be distracting, the video packs a solid punch in 8 minutes. Its a great way to get in a solid Abs or Arms workout without having to go to the gym. There are no other videos out there that are short and quick like this one without wasting a lot of time on warm ups and stretching. I bought this dvd after seeing a recommendation by a celeb in a fitness magazine. Bad idea. I have several fitness dvd's from various outlets and this is the worst ever. Tamilee even gets confused telling you 4 more - oops 6 more when counting reps. It is formatted for vcr not dvd. It is not inspiring or motivating. Your money is better spent with other products. I purchased all three Look Great Naked videos (abs, butt and thighs) and they are terrific. In the short time I've been using them I've definitely noticed a difference in my body--especially my thighs and abs. My clothes fit better and my muscle tone has improved. I had used the Firm series for many years, but these videos are even better.
Each tape has three workouts so you can change up your routine and achieve variety. Although the workouts are short in time, they are tough. Expect to work up a sweat during the routine. But don't worry, the results are well worth it.
While Dave Sinclair's promises of shaping arm muscles may be overstated, his exercises are solid in this 35-minute arm and shoulder workout. The buff infomercial pitchman leads four women in a three-part routine aimed specifically at females.
