    Great Spaghetti Western!!

This is a great speghetti western starring Terrance Hill conquering the rowdiness of the wild west. It's a must see!!

    Very funny movie

Don't you just love the way the main actor carries himself? He has such an upright slouched attitude.

Boot Hill Spaghetti Western by Sergio Corbucci

Boot Hill is a Guiseppe Colizzi film and Colizzi also directed 'Ace High'. Spaghetti western fans will appreciate Boot Hill as an essential addition to their collections and Colizzi maintains the gritty realism throughout. Colizzi began experimenting with rapid action close-ups and handheld camera work in this film -- sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't. In the opening scene Colizzi manages to capture an 'art house' film effect which spaghetti western fans will love, but traditional western movie fans will probably deplore. Colizzi also introduces the idea of an Italian-style circus to a western town which is truly bizarre yet creative throughout. But the biggest problem with this movie - besides the technically poor rendering from film - is the lack of a cohesive plot structure. The story gets far ahead of itself early on and the viewer will wonder if 'Boot Hill' is really three separate films rolled into one. There is a midway point where a third character is introduced to effect a situation where the protagonist can explain things and even tell us what will happen next! To complicate matters further the roles of two characters are never made clear. Even after watching this movie several times it is not entirely understandable to most viewers that this movie is about a large mining company trying to defraud small prospectors from their claims, with a circus thrown in to create interest. Diehard spaghetti western fans love Colizzi's juxtaposed plot style and many of us watch these films over and over picking out new details every time. However if you like your movies straightforward and simple then forget this one! Pluses: Lionel Stander and Woody Strode. Minus: Poor media conversion and very confusing plot + Stander is killed in the end! 4 stars to diehard spaghetti western fans and 0 stars to traditional western fans.

    They Call Me Trinity DVD

Here's yet another film I saw as a young lad. But this isn't just any western comedy...It's got that special something that only comes around ever now and then.
Terance Hill does a great job as Trinity. For instance in the opening scene Trinity has to sit and eat a whole pan of beans, which he puts away quite quick...I read on his website that he starved himself for 24 hours in order to do that scene.
This is also a film the whole family could watch and enjoy.
I would also recommend Trinity's third film "My Name Is Nobody" which stars Henry Fonda.
Anyway...if you like good western fun then I would say buy this dvd and enjoy. More Info about this DVD

Trinity Is Still My Name DVD

This is the second Trinity movie...and like the first (They call me Trinity) it's full of good western fun.
The scene where Trinity and his brother eat in the fancy restaurant is classic and from what I read was made up on-the-spot by the actors, I'm convinced that this scene is where John and Dan from The Blues Brothers got the idea for their fancy resterauant scene as well.
The audio is not as good as the first movie and could have better picture but, it's still worth a trip down Trinity lane. More Info about this DVD

My Name Is Nobody [IMPORT] DVD

And no it's not a parody, even if it's has its funny moments, Terence Hill and Henry Fonda are both awesome actors in this movie.
The story has 2 great confrontations, Jack Beauregard against the 150 guys from 'la horde sauvage' (the wild bunch).
One thing though, The DVD is terrible, first it's only in english and I'm sorry but that sounds terrible when you're used to see this movie in french or italian.
Only good point this is a multizone DVD.
Houps did I forget to mention that the Ennio Morricone music is LEGENDARY ... More Info about this DVD
