Although I was skeptical I kept an open mind and I am VERY glad I did. These techniques truly changed my sex-life with my husband and brought us so many new levels of intensity and sexual satisfaction for both of us. I was only having mid-range orgasms before if at all. I would'nt have thought a DVD could have changed our life (and marriage) so wonderfully for the better like it has including achieving my own personal needs way beyond my expectations.
Boring and contrived
I hated the endless talk of the "expert", and the awful acting of the "couples."
Perfect Sex Ed for Couples!
This Sex Ed video is very informative. It really opened up communication between me and my husband when we watched it together. Not only did it teach some new "tricks" but it also helped give us a little jump start. We have a few other videos by Sinclair and they have been very helpful and fun to watch too!

I don't want to denigrate anyone who needs this video. Some people have a problem with intimacy (ie. the verbal kind) and they may gain a lot of insight from this series and learn to communicate with their partner by watching it together. I can see it being an extremely valuable tool in this case. However, I don't consider myself to be any great lover, and I learned LESS THAN NOTHING from this series. I purchased it hoping I could learn something new to improve my technique. I DIDN'T! TRUST ME. If you have ever had a sexual relationship where the sex improved over time, you have already advanced past the entire series. Take what you learned from that previous (or current) relationship, and work on building trust with your current or future partners to the point where you can talk candidly... She personally likes the missionary position, but there is about fifteen other positions in this video that will also help. Honestly, buy this video!
