    Sellouts...

What a jip, this comes to show you that Chris Cornell has brainwashed the beloved Rage' guys into corporate whores. Not only are the music videos for this crappy, you only get five videos!! If Audioslave really cared about their fans, they'd put on more videos and performances on their DVD.

Instead, you should buy Rage Against the Machine's self-titled DVD. It has ten live performances, five music videos, and a poem Zach de la Rocha made. The Rage' DVD is worth your money, comrades, Audioslave isn't.

"Audioslave " Is Superb DVD Single (Hello Read the Label)

This DVD single packs a lot of punch for only a few bucks. You don't be a diehard fan to enjoy this DVD.If you don't know Audioslave (or they former bands Soundgarden and Rage Against the Machine) and you like rock - real rock - not the wimpy pablum that passes for music today, pick this up and give them a listen. Audioslave's music is raw, powerful and edgy with lyrics so deep they may haunt you. This is a wonderful collection of 3 conceptual videos ("Cochise" - Do play it loud as the intro suggests; "Like a Stone" and "Show Me How to Live") and live performances of "Set It Off" and "Gasoline." The production values on the videos are among the very best; everything looks and sound great. Have you seen any music video lately that matches the intensity of "Show Me How to Live?" I think not. Unless you get MTV2 or Fuse, you may never see these videos. In which case, you are really missing out, so buy this DVD.

'Slave plays it loud and well

There isn't much to this DVD, but it's all good. The videos for the three singles "Cochise", "Like a Stone" (my favorite), and "Show Me How To Live" are all good, even if you've seen them before. "Live" is as heart-pumping as any Hollywood action flick with an ending that surprised me (I hadn't seen it). The live footage of "Set it Off" and "Gasoline" is good, but herein lies my only complaint: why couldn't they have just gone ahead and put the whole show on here? I believe they only played six or seven songs, so it easily would have fit. Personally, I would have paid an extra five bucks to see the whole thing on here. The interviews are insightful, interesting, and definitely spice things up a little bit. All in all, for ten bucks, you can't go wrong. If you like the band, this will give you something to do while waiting for the next album (or DVD).

Rage Against The Machine - Live at the Grand Olympic Auditorium DVD

Zack's voice has changed over the years. His earlier performances carry more hyped / firery vocals - as if he was screaming directly into the face of every single person there. Over the years however, especially since Battle Of Los Angeles (1999) his voice, still maintaining that aggressive edge, lacks that hype where you feel like he's running round the stage throwing his fist up in the air and making gestures to the crowd.

It can be hard to notice in some songs (Bulls On Parade) yet listening to earlier performances of 'Know Your Enemy' and then this one I kinda feel like he should be screaming those lyrics down the mic like its '92.

As far as live Rage CD's go (given that there are only two commercially released ones) this is by far the best produced one. The... More Info about this DVD

Audioslave: Live in Cuba (with Bonus CD) DVD

I really like Audioslave and I always liked Cornell's voice. However, this is one of the absolutely WORST performances I've EVER seen either live or on DVD! The guy just can't sing!! He's struggling to produce any high note (and they're not even really HIGH) and he's constantly out of tune. I don't think I'll watch this many more times, because I simply can't stand hearing someone singing so terribly. More Info about this DVD
