    Worst Movie I've Ever Seen

This is by far the worst movie that I have ever seen. The plot moves along slowly, and it is not interesting. The movie is sad as well, I felt like crying numerous times. I strongly reccommend not buying this movie.

    Great movie

I taped this movie off the Disney Channel when I was about 7. I watched it so many times that the tape wore out. A couple of years ago when I saw it was re-released I was thrilled. It is a really great family movie that teaches the importance of accepting other people's cultures.

    Stars Over Rome, Georgia

Believe it or not I starred in this movie. It was filmed on location at Berry College in Rome Georgia and featured the Rome Boys Club Choir which I was a member of at the time. This was the most fun i've ever had and actually starring in a movie was the thrill of a lifetime. This is one of the best movies that I have ever seen and I highly recommend it.

    Night Crossing DVD

This is the true story of one of the greatest escapes of the 20th century! The year is 1979. The Strelzyk and Wetzel families desperately want to leave Communist-controlled East Germany so they decide to build a huge hot-air balloon to carry them over to West Germany. Not only is it risky relying on a balloon to carry two families, they also have to avoid East German police. This is a well-crafted Disney film that the whole family will enjoy. The cast includes John Hurt, Jane Alexander, and a then-unknown Beau Bridges. Although I'm very happy to own this on dvd, this is a bare-bones dvd as far as special features go. At least the sound quality is better than my old vhs copy. Still, this is a very important and inspiring story that everyone should know about and I highly recommend this... More Info about this DVD

    Miracle at Midnight DVD

Disney triumphs with Ken Cameron's 1998 World War II TV movie based on true events that will grip viewers from the first moment to the last. Set in September, 1945, (five years after the German occupation of Denmark began) word gets out that the Nazis will begin arresting Danish Jews, which ignites a citizens resistance movement. Dr. Koster (Sam Waterston) and his wife Doris (Mia Farrow) find themselves in the middle of the chaos and must choose between ignoring the Jewish plight or helping their neighbors. They choose the latter, risking their lives to hide Rabbi Abrams and his family. Soon, the Kosters are front-runners in a clandestine operation to transport over 7,000 Jews to neutral Sweden, while averting Nazi arrest. Waterston and Farrow are brilliant in roles both... Summer Magic DVD

This classic 1963 Disney film features child icon Hayley Mills as Nancy Carey, a teenage girl whose family moves from Boston to the New England countryside as a result of their father's untimely passing. Nancy writes to the kindly Mr. Poppem (Burl Ives) and single-handedly convinces him to rent the family a charming, if run-down, house for a mere $60 a year. Ever the optimist, Nancy brims with excitement at the family's new life, but this "perfect world" has its problems--notably an absentee landlord who knows nothing about the Carey family's rental agreement. Through hard work and Mr. Poppem's continuing generosity, the Careys fix up the house and find life in the rural Maine town quite satisfactory. Things become tense when their cousin Julia arrives for an... More Info about this DVD
