I bought this dvd after seeing a recommendation by a celeb in a fitness magazine. Bad idea. I have several fitness dvd's from various outlets and this is the worst ever. Tamilee even gets confused telling you 4 more - oops 6 more when counting reps. It is formatted for vcr not dvd. It is not inspiring or motivating. Your money is better spent with other products.
Stick to the program
Each "chapter" is titled "Abs 1" "Abs 2" and so on... but when you click on the chapter, there are minutes of fluff and very bad cardio (good for beginners maybe). I wanted abs and buns and now I have to forward through the beginning parts every time I want a quick workout. Very annoying. Plus, Tamilee tries to be too creative with the moves. She's better off sticking to basics.
Try it...you won't be disappointed!
Tamilee Webb's excercise programs are extremely practical for women who blame not working out, on the lack of time. Her sections are short and intense and you truly feel the work out paying off, as you do it. It burns!
This item was a big disappointment and a waste of money for me. I love TamiLee and her Arms and Abs video from a few years ago. That's why I was excited to see what I thought was a newer production of Arms and Abs workouts. The cover was different than the video and there was no reference to the older video in the description, so I thought the DVD contained all new workouts.
The 3 Arms and Abs workouts were exactly the same as the old video, so did me no good. I didn't buy the DVD for the lower body workouts, but viewed them just to see what they were. Two out of three are somehow cued incorrectly from the DVD menu, meaning you select workout 2, for example, and the DVD takes you to the cool down session from workout number 1!

this is by far the BEST exercise tape i have ever purchased!! i have been using this dvd for 1.5 years and am not sick of it.
ABS: because i work out regularly, the first segment is too easy for me. i end up using only the second one, which is more difficult. it's a very challenging segment that took me 6 months to master. this segment works your obliques and rectus (lower abdominals) really well.
BUNS: the first time i used it, i couldn't finish and nearly collapsed. my legs were sore for 3 days!! but after doing it a few times, the soreness went away. now, i feel that my quads and butt were tighter. i now do the first segment with 5lb weights, which gives me a good cardio workout. after 1.5 years, i still have trouble finishing the second segment without... While the 80's outfits may be distracting, the video packs a solid punch in 8 minutes. Its a great way to get in a solid Abs or Arms workout without having to go to the gym. There are no other videos out there that are short and quick like this one without wasting a lot of time on warm ups and stretching.
