Well I would be more happier with this dvd boz set if they just let us be able to pick our own scenes from each episode.
it jut jumps to the next episode.
i guess i have not seen thundercats since the 80's and I have grown up but it is still cool to own it.
It is about time
First I just want to say that it is about time they put such a great cartoon of my childhood and any child of the 80's childhood on DVD kids now-a-days got there pokemon, digimon, every other mon and all this new age crap, what ever happened to shows like Thundercats, G.I. Joe, Transformers, M.A.S.K, Voltron, Silver Hawks, Dino-Riders"Harness the Power", Inspector Gadget, Ren & Stimpy, C.O.P.S, Doug, Exo Squad, Ninja Turtles, The Old X-Men, The Old Spiderman, He-Man and even everyones favorite Little Blue Guys The Smurfs, I could go on for days, kids got it bad when it comes to cartoons these days. They will never know what a good quality cartoon is. It is a shame that any of you put down the Thundercats, yeah the quality of the DVDs isn't that great put be thankful that they finally put them on DVD and that if you have children they might actually get to see a real cartoon.
Warner Brothers Gets 0 Stars, the show gets 5
I have to agree with many reviewers that the last set wasn't as good as it should be. This one will probably be just as poor quality and we shouldn't be suprised. Warner Brothers CONSISTENTLY lets the fans down. Almost all of the their Rhino releases, Jem, GI Joe, Transformers, are now out of print without the rest of the show being released. (Especially irritating for Jem which only had one more part to go!) Wonder what the chances are of us seeing all of Thundercats hit DVD? But, if you really want this--don't wait. Buy it now or you could end up paying 3 times as much on eBay!
I thought I was the only one with scratched discs. I see others having the same problem as me. Beware, some discs come out of the box with scratches on them and they freeze at certain points of the episode. Very Frustrating! Luckily I can copy the damaged discs using dvd-x-copy software and it plays like new. Other than that, awesome quality and extras. Contrary to the reviewers who thought this was cheap animation, I didn't notice, maybe because it's not my field and I don't examine a work for its state of the art methodology or technology. I took it at face value and it met up with my standards. The sound was even okay. I'm pretty happy with the amount of entertainment wrapped up in this package. When I was four years old I was totally in love with He-man. I had He-Man bedsheets, He-Man curtains, He-Man action figures, He-Man play sets, a plastic He-Man sword... you get the idea.
The one thing I didn't have was any He-Man videos, and believe me, I would have bought them. The world loved He-Man, but the world has a short attention span, and gradually He-Man began to age.
But you know how this story ends. Mattel, after 20 years, has finally decided to release He-Man on DVD, just as they are now releasing every TV show you have ever heard of (and some you haven't). I stared, slack-jawed, upon the box labeled "The Best of He-Man". It was the ten best episodes. I knew at once, I had to have it.
Actually, I come to find out, He-Man was fairly revolutionary. It was the... More Info about this DVD Director(s): Bill Reed - Lou Zukor - Rich Trueblood - Gwen Wetzler - Lou Kachivas DVD Release Date: Released the 12 July 2005 Usually ships in 24 hours

While Warner Bros. Superman animated series never lived up to the excellence of the Batman animated series, this second volume of the series contains plenty of solid animated superhero action for all ages. Tim Daly once again provides the voice for the Man of Steel, while Dana Delany is Lois Lane once again, and the always excellent Clancy Brown is once again the nefarious Lex Luthor. The episodes collected here include the 3-part "World's Finest" arc (which is also included on the upcoming Batman animated series Vol. 4 DVD set) in which we see the first cross-over event with Superman and Batman as they take on the Joker and Luthor. Also featured here are the first animated appearences of allies Dr. Fate and Steel, and Supes faces off against Bizzaro, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Metallo, Darkseid...
