"Brain Donors" is a very funny movie which does homage to the Marx Brothers in a modern setting. Watch it more than once to catch the many puns, verbal and visual. The mere thought of the ballet scene makes me smile.
I was waiting for the DVD for years.
Don't make me think about it, I'll pee myself again. :)
Marx Brothers reincarnated!!!
As others have noted, this is a remake of "A Night at the Opera", with ballet instead of opera. It is breathlessly hilarious in the same way that it's inspriation was, but it is its own movie. You'll need to see it several times. It's very fast and you'll miss a lot the first few times.
One of the best? "You didn't expect me to see her in a sleezy motel did you? For God's sake, man, she was your WIFE"
In between the disaster movie satire Airplane! in 1980 and the hardboiled cop show parody The Naked Gun in 1988, the comedy crew of Jerry Zucker, Jim Abrahams, and David Zucker put together a picture that's almost as funny as their better-known hits. Top Secret! sends up spy movies and cheesy teen rock & roll musicals. Val Kilmer stars as swivel-hipped American rocker Nick Rivers, a sort of blonde Elvis whose secret weapon is Little Richard's tune "Tutti Fruitti." On tour behind the Iron Curtain, Nick strikes blows for democracy overtly and covertly, with his music as well as his espionage skills. In short, this is a very, very silly motion picture. Some great gags, including a subtitled scene in a Swedish book shop, and an inspired bit with a Ford Pinto that... Twenty years before the Farrelly Brothers turned raunch into acceptable film comedy, the team of David Zucker, Jim Abrahams, and Jerry Zucker exploited it first. The college threesome made it big with Airplane! in 1980, but this 1977 cinematic version of their live theater show is ground zero for their talents. Like The Groove Tube, Kentucky Fried Movie is a mishmash of sketches, fake commercials, and parodies with no central theme--except their crudeness and laugh-out-loud humor. Highlights include a commercial for "Scot Free," a board game based on the Kennedy assassination conspiracy, "The Wonderful World of Sex," in which a couple goes through foreplay with a self- help narrator instructing them step by step, and a 20-minute spoof of Bruce Lee films... The sequel to the wonderfully wacky Hot Shots! uses Rambo as its model for nonstop send-ups (though director Jim Abrahams can't resist inserting a Saddam Hussein lookalike, given the film's post-Gulf War release). This time, Lloyd Bridges, who was an admiral in the first movie, has become president (take that, Colin Powell!) and needs someone to take care of the threat posed by a certain mustached Middle Eastern dictator. Who better than ever-reliable Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen)? In addition to trying to take out Saddam commando-style, Topper must juggle two women: Valerie Golino, from the original, and CIA babe Brenda Bakke, who knows a thing or two about close-quarters combat. If anything, this may be funnier than the first. --Marshall FineMore Info about this DVD Actor(s): Charlie Sheen - Lloyd Bridges - Valeria Golino Director(s): Jim Abrahams DVD Release Date: Released the 06 August 2002 Usually ships in 24 hours

By the time the pair of bloodshot, gun-toting, Rastafarian eyeballs appears, you know you're witnessing the birth of a new cult film. In the delirious Freaked, a sleazy multinational corporation hires a spoiled-rotten former child star named Ricky Coogin (Alex Winter, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure) to be the spokesman for a toxic biochemical fertilizer. When Ricky goes down to the poverty-stricken third world country where the toxin is used, he---along with his best friend and a comely anti-corporate activist (Megan Ward, Joe's Apartment)--get sidetracked to a freakshow presented by the flamboyant Elijah C. Skuggs (Randy Quaid, Kingpin). But Skuggs doesn't just display freaks, he creates them, and Ricky is going to be his masterpiece. This is only the...
