It could be a little bit more viewing how to tend to strip, different costumes I guess more like the movie;The Full Monty. Is what I thought it would be. Otherwise it was good.

I was hoping to have some fun and impress my husband with some new moves, what I got was a Cheesy Video showing me how to walk "sexy" per say and had a cheesy Porn Scene at the end!
My husband watched it later on and Laughed his ass off !
If you a tomboy trying to be FeminineONLY THEN would I reccomend it for you.

I really like this dvd alot. I bought this with the intention of learning a few moves for my husband and hopefully get some added benefit in the form of firming up my butt & legs. I thought it would be fun to "surprise" him with a dance or two. I bought it and then it sat around for awhile until I finally got the courage one day to try it out. It felt a bit awkward at first but you slowly get the hang of it. I like Carmen's style of teaching particularly if you are a beginner like me because she goes slow and repeats things and lets you try out the different moves before she puts all the moves together into a routine. She doesn't come across too strong so you aren't intimidated. The way she comes across it makes you feel like "I can do this.." I've only done it a couple of times so... This "workout" is not at all intense. Plus, you have to listen to the silly dialoque which is basically Carmen's trainer saying "can you feel this Carmen?" and Carmen saying "Oh, yes, I can really feel this one!"

this is good for the average women who is not confident about her body and wants to strip for her husband.for this purpose it is good. It has regular women in there 40's I guess and no showing of any body parts, it just shows you in a instructional way some easy moves.not recamended if you are young in your 20's and know moves already. it is just very basics moves enough for the average women to satisfy her husband and to get basics down.

Silly me, bought into the hype of a sexy aerobic strip tease with "gasp" Carmen Electra instructing. Must be hot right? Wrong! Entertaining at best (for my boyfriend), I haven't even gotten past the 1st DVD because I have had no DESIRE to see the rest of the idiotic routines, and from some of these other reviews it doesn't sound like I'm missing much.
Carmen Electra is not a very good instructor and due to my dancing background I was able to follow her instructions and routines. There were a few moves I had to figure out on my own because she didn't explain them very well.
