    The Abs Diet Workout has been enjoying favorable reactions from many users, and it's easy to see why, as "host" and fitness trainer Tom Holland has designed a regimen that's brisk, efficient, thorough, and fun. Disregard the hype that calls it "a way of life" instead of simply a diet or exercise program. On the other hand, Holland's claim that The Abs Diet Workout will increase metabolism and help lose fat and build muscle is very likely true, assuming one dutifully does the exercises and follows the diet guidelines and menus as directed. The exercise portion offers a brief warmup (running in place, jumping jacks, simulated jump rope), followed by a choice of three abdominal routines; the latter vary in difficulty from beginner to advanced, but all three are designed to work the upper, lower, and oblique abs, as well as the transverse abdominis muscle and the lower back. The "circuit training" portion also has three options, each including squats, lunges, quad and hamstring stretches, pushups, and various exercises for the arms (the use of dumbbells is recommended). Add to that an extensive list of recipes for a diet plan that includes three meals and three snacks per day, and you've got pretty much everything you need for a comprehensive program designed to yield noticeable results in a matter of weeks. --Sam Graham

    Effective, quick and simple...


    OK, allright, yes, I am working out... and my secret weapon is this DVD. In less than one hour I can cover the essentials (Abs, shoulders ,arms ,lower body) and do a stress-relieving stretch and get on with the rest of my life. (Take out the trash, etc.)
    Tom Holland is a straight-forward kinda trainer and gets the job done in an effective, quick and simple manner. You can always cheat a bit and start at the beginner level and then switch to advanced (or intermediate) before your body can complain and your mind choose taking the trash out to working out.
    And, the good news: if you follow through with this exercise DVD you will see positive changes. Thanks in part to the use of weights and lower-body work that practically guarantees success.
    Are there any cons ?
    Not really... The price is reasonable and the DVD is a quality product.
    In time you will, I assure you, be answering that oddly pleasant question: Have you been working out?

    this video challenges your abs in whole different arena than traditional ab workouts. i've got a book and another video with some similar routines, but found them hard to incorporate because i couldn't really follow what the writer/fitness expert was trying to say. this video clearly describes what you should be doing and how you should be doing it as well what you should feel. i love to train my abs and this video is definitely a keeper because it ads a lot of non-traditional ab-work that keeps a workout interesting. if sitting on the floor doing crunches is not your cup of tea, then you should without a doubt try this video.     Iron Yoga DVD

    I do yoga several times a week, and this dvd is pretty challenging. You use weights the entire time through all the movements, and it moves slowly, so you feel the burn! If you like more faster moving power yoga, this is probably not for you, but you can always increase your weights and make it burn some more!! More Info about this DVD
