and want to see ANYTHING she does. Pass this one up.
Zero% cardio. 100% boring
THIS IS NOT A WORKOUT -- IT'S A JOKE
DON'T BUY THIS. Yes, Carmen Electra is sexy, but she has nothing to offer. There is NO content in this video. It's not a workout and it certainly has no right to use the word ADVANCED. I'm totally disappointed. I was looking forward to a sexy, fun aerobic workout and I got nothing. I really should have read the reviews before buying. Lesson learned.
Advanced Aerobic Striptease
I have not really looked into this disc very much. But I know before you start you need to gather several props. Also Carmen preforms the begining of a lap dance, you are supposed to "imagine" someone in the seat. It through me a little off because the moves are so precise that there is no room for anyone else in the seat. Once again, Carmen does an excellent job of breaking down the routines so you can achieve accuracy in your striptease.

Silly me, bought into the hype of a sexy aerobic strip tease with "gasp" Carmen Electra instructing. Must be hot right? Wrong! Entertaining at best (for my boyfriend), I haven't even gotten past the 1st DVD because I have had no DESIRE to see the rest of the idiotic routines, and from some of these other reviews it doesn't sound like I'm missing much.
Carmen Electra is not a very good instructor and due to my dancing background I was able to follow her instructions and routines. There were a few moves I had to figure out on my own because she didn't explain them very well. This "workout" is not at all intense. Plus, you have to listen to the silly dialoque which is basically Carmen's trainer saying "can you feel this Carmen?" and Carmen saying "Oh, yes, I can really feel this one!"

I really like this dvd alot. I bought this with the intention of learning a few moves for my husband and hopefully get some added benefit in the form of firming up my butt & legs. I thought it would be fun to "surprise" him with a dance or two. I bought it and then it sat around for awhile until I finally got the courage one day to try it out. It felt a bit awkward at first but you slowly get the hang of it. I like Carmen's style of teaching particularly if you are a beginner like me because she goes slow and repeats things and lets you try out the different moves before she puts all the moves together into a routine. She doesn't come across too strong so you aren't intimidated. The way she comes across it makes you feel like "I can do this.." I've only done it a couple of times so... It could be a little bit more viewing how to tend to strip, different costumes I guess more like the movie;The Full Monty. Is what I thought it would be. Otherwise it was good.
