Review(s): DVD Silk Stalkings - The Complete Third Season
Arguably the best season
SS Season 3 has the strongest and sexiest episodes. Strongest: "The Perfect Alibi" (w/ The Matrix's Carrie Ann-Moss); "Sex, Lies and Yellow Tape" (w/ Janet Gunn from Seasons 6-9); and "Dark Heart." Sexiest: "The Party's Over" (w/ Barbara Niven from the previous season's "Night Games"); "Whore Wars"; "Freudian Slip"; "Mother Love". Season 3 also introduces us to Kate Hodge, who plays Donovan's campaign manager Paige Hamilton (she also doubles as Crime-Technician "Taylor" in Season 4 and the titular character in that same season's "Mrs. Carlisle"). Hodge has a very provocative scene in the skin-flick episode "The Last Campaign". Nancy Valen also makes an appearance as Chris' auditor in "Team Spirit". It should be noted that Valen pops up again in Ep 4.1 as Chris' doctor.
Saucy Early 90's Drama
We've purchased all three seasons released. Unfortunately our small town didn't have a copy of the third anywhere so we had to go to Amazon and what do ya know . . . they have it in stock and ship it right away. If you like the cheesy drama of the 90's you'll love silk stalkings.
