This was one of my favorites when I was young and I can't wait to see it again ! Plus it has that cool song in it "Who you gonna call ? Ghostbusters !
Edited.
I've probably watched Ghostbusters fifty or sixty times since I was seven years old. I know the movie word-for-word and scene-for-scene. It's edited, ostensibly for length.
If this bothers you, avoid this disc. If it doesn't, enjoy a classic comedy on the go.
Fianlly Something good to watch on my PSP
One of the best movies to hit the 80's is now on the up and comming PSP. Who would have thought that ghostbusters would still be so popular 20 years later. Great movie. If you have a PSP its a must buy! Even if you don't have a PSP get the new double set they just released on DVD. It has both movies and some of the cartoons on it as well.
You won't need a bottle of rum to enjoy Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, especially if you've experienced the Disneyland theme-park ride that inspired it. There's a galleon's worth of fun in watching Johnny Depp's androgynous performance as Captain Jack Sparrow, a roguish pirate who could pass for the illegitimate spawn of rockers Keith Richards and Chrissie Hynde. Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush), a mutineer desperate to reverse the curse that left him and his (literally) skeleton crew in... As a long time fan of the movie, seeing it on the PSP was jsut as good. There are no special features, but let's face it, you've probably already bought the DVD anyway. The sound was incredible, and I've heard things I never heard before. Worth the money, and I think Henson is making a sequel soon! After he pushed the envelope of computer-generated special effects in The Abyss, director James Cameron turned this hotly anticipated sequel to Terminator into a well-written, action-packed showcase for advanced special effects and for one of the most invincible villains ever imagined. Terminator 2: Judgment Day is a legitimate sequel: there's more story to tell about a hulking, leather-clad android (Arnold Schwarzenegger) who arrives from the future to protect a rebellious teenager and future leader (Edward Furlong) from being killed by the tenacious T-1000 robot (Robert Patrick), whose liquid-metal construction makes him seemingly unstoppable. The fate of the future lies in the balance, with Linda Hamilton (who would later marry her director) reprising her role as...
