| great Intro and the 5 Tibetans are good for everyone! |  |
I had never done yoga before this DVD and am grateful for the easy intro into the form. I love that this workout is one I can do in a short amount of time and it seems to cover all my needs. I also love that when I am done the workout I feel refreshed and energized and not tired.
This is a great Intro and the 5 Tibetans are awesome!
I plan to buy more of Ana Brett & Ravi Singh's DVDs (I especially want Dance the Chakras!).

Get ALL of Ana & Ravi's DVD's. This one is most suited for beginners. You can also start with any of the others since they make them accesible to all levels (I started with and especially love Dance the Chakras and Yoga Beauty Body) Starts with luxurious spinal work and ends with the 5 Tibetans for strength and youth. I like Anas emphasis on alignment and love the way the breath of fire keeps me energized all day! Good for those who dislike the same old sun salutations. Best instruction. | Fabulous for the back--and everywhere else, too! |  |
This is one of the first Ana Brett & Ravi Singh DVD's I purchased, and I have come to appreciate it even more over time. The first set is a Basic Spinal Series which has done wonders for my back. I'm an IT professional who sits at a desk all day and tend to accumlate a lot of tension in that area. After doing the first set of exercises on this DVD, I feel an immediate release of tension and my back feels relaxed and wonderful for hours.
The second set of exercises is the Five Tibetans. These are at more of an intermediate level and I am still working my way toward being able to do all of the repititions of each exercise. I had read elsewhere about the youth-restoring effects of the Five Tibetans and am looking forward to deriving their full benefits.
All in all, a great DVD and I highly recommend it!
