Review(s): DVD The Dukes of Hazzard - The Complete Seventh Season
Final Season of the Dukes...
The final season isn't as strong as the other seasons, but it has a good share of episodes. The only episode that was kind of all right was the "strange visitor to Hazzard" (I guess they were trying to get style points for having an alien invade hazzard.). Other than that, I'm happy to finally have all seven seasons of the dukes that I can watch over and over without commercials.
In the final season, toy models of each of the cars/vans were used for the jumps and other stunt sequences. Most of the real "General Lee" jumps were taken from the fourth, fifth & sixth seasons, with the exception of "Dukes in Hollywood", where they used the real Charger for a jump scene, and also "Danger on the Hazzard Express", although it was a small jump. The stunts with the toy models were done well, even though they had the General jumping over bigger objects, like a grain tower. Some jumps you could tell it was a toy model, and others were pretty close to looking like the real Dodge Charger "General Lee".
The episodes weren't as serious as the sixth season, but they had one episode "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Duke", where Luke drinks water that's contaminated altering his behavior, and nearly tearing the duke family apart, not to mention nearly getting 20 years for robbing Boss hogg's bank.
Other than that, it's been a fun ride with the dukes of hazzard.
I'm praying that warner brothers will re-release the two reunion movies on DVD soon.

andy8047, you don't seem to have many of your "Dukes" facts right. In the "Daisy and Enos' Wedding" episode, they did not get married, and Enos' got Hives - not Measles (a reaction to too much happiness). Also the show was cancelled prior to the summer of 1985 - I cried the night the final episode aired - Feb 9, 1985.
The 7th season was great- just like the first 6, with the exception of the Coy & Vance days, and I am pleased to be able to share them with my kids.
A good season
This was a good season bot as good as the other ones but one thing to mention in the episode 'The Fortune Tellers' catherine bach has a wardrobe malfunction :)

Wowzers, Lulu Hogg driving the General Lee in "Lulu's Gone Away"! That is soooo fun! Then James Best gets to show his range in "Too Many Roscos," and the various Roscos are shuffled around so much you barely know which one is which. His daughter Janeen shows up as Mary Lou in "A Baby for the Dukes." Boss and Rosco do a drag-thang in "Targets: Daisy and Lulu." And holy cow -- we get to meet Cooter's daughter! Cooter shows his true colors all through the series, but in this one he really shines. The lovely Lydia Cornell of "Too Close for Comfort" guest-stars in the two-parter "Undercover Dukes." Luke's baby brother Jud Kane and his former flame Candy Dix also show up this season. Rapidly regaining momentum after reinstating its two main stars, "The Dukes" rolled in top form in Season 6. I am a big fan of The Dukes of Hazzard, and just because we see some new Duke cousins, dosen't mean it's going to be horrible. Some people may hate Coy and Vance, but it's not their fault, it's Bo and Luke's fault for leaving. Yeeeeeehaaaa!!!! for Coy and Vance More Info about this DVD Actor(s): Tom Wopat DVD Release Date: 13 December 2005

The houseboat is history. In the final season, MacGyver (Richard Dean Anderson) moves to a loft in an eccentric inner-city neighborhood. The point seems to be to paint the secret agent as less of a loner, but living away from the rest of the world seemed to suit MacGyver better. Fortunately for fans, Mac's ever-enthusiastic buddy, Jack (Bruce McGill), and surprisingly lively nemesis, Murdoc (Michael Des Barres), who faked his death in year six, come back to add a little zest to proceedings that were starting to grow stale (see "Obsessed" and "The Mountain of Youth"). Aside from Pete Thornton (Dana Elcar, now wearing dark glasses due to glaucoma), MacGyver's boss, other recurring characters include Mama Lorraine (Kimberly Scott), a voodoo priestess, and the Colton brothers (Cleavon Little,... The fourth season of "Bewitched" is a delight. The series had established a universe of characters so that they had an excellent variety & balance by the fourth season. Several episodes were written with Darren away on business, presumably because Dick York was increasingly suffering from back problems. I thought that my favorite character Aunt Clara was well represented in episodes like "McTavish" where her warlock boyfriend Aucky buys a haunted castle that requires Samantha to zap over to England just as Darrin's parents are vacationing there. One professional reviewer did write, "Conspicuous by her absence throughout most of season four is Marion Lorne as 'Sam's' befuddled Aunt Clara, whose magical spells somehow always go awry. Seriously ill and suffering from a rapidly failing... More Info about this DVD DVD Release Date: Released the 24 October 2006 Usually ships in 24 hours
