Thanks to Dana Brown's delightful Step Into Liquid, the surfing scene in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, should get a healthy boost. That's because Brown, in the tradition of his father, filmmaker Bruce Brown (The Endless Summer), has captured dazzling images of surfers riding curls in some of the world's most exotic--and sometimes unlikely--places. Besides the action on Lake Michigan, Brown leads us to Costa Rica, where the sport's senior elite (including Summer star Robert August) prove they still have the moves, and Oahu's North Shore, where the legendary Pipeline inspires this quote: "It's so scary, maybe you die a little." Most entertaining is a segment in County Donegal, where the American Malloy brothers startle the locals and meet their Irish counterparts on the grayest... Learn More

...because I had read so muh hype about this New Sex...but I kept an open mind and I am EXTREMELY glad I did. To say this experience revolutionized my lovelife with my husband and brought us to a new level of intimacy would be to grossly understate the impact of this technique. What can you say to explain to someone that there is a whole new world of sexuality waiting just beyond the known experience? What can you say to convince someone that a simple one hour tape or DVD could transform an "average" sex-life into something intense, amazing, extraordinary -- awesome...? I got this product because a really good friend insisted that I try it. I hope you can take my recommendation as coming from a good friend, because you will be thrilled by the experience of love taught by New Sex Now. Thi... I realize that many people thought this movie was funny. And I agree, some parts were funny.
However, I forced myself to watch this movie just because I wanted to know what all the hype was about, and I really don't think the movie was anything to build up. I'm still amazed that I sat through the whole thing.
The movie plays on stereotypes, which does not represent the community as a whole. I don't think I would ever want a straight friend of mine to see this movie because it so clearly feeds on the assumptions that build the deep-rooted hate that still exists in our society. This movie left NOTHING to the imagination, and seemed to not be a movie, but instead an expression of "how far can the gays push the envelope."
Honestly, there were times... More Info About This DVD Director(s): Todd Stephens DVD Release Date: Released the 21 November 2006 Usually ships in 24 hours

I bought this DVD for my 20 month old son four months ago who had some "catching" up to do linguistically. I was playing the DVD everyday, since it kept my son's attention for at least 15 minutes! I was skeptical at first, not having any expectations from the program. However, the speech pathologists on the DVD knew exactly what they were doing! Clever productions, attention grabber sounds, eye-catching facial expression, and good intro of signing. Needless to say, my son started to REPEAT, SIGN, and APPLY the sounds/words he heard to everyday life! The first time I heard him say & sign "MORE" for more food, I was amazed! Highly Recommended! I used to watch this show when I was a kid, and it taught me to read when I was 3. By the time I was in kindergarten I was reading at an 8th grade level, and I attribute that GREATLY to this show. Dr. Karp applied common sense to the "problem" of crying babies that most new parents face, by borrowing from traditions being used around the world to calm babies down as if you had "flipped a switch." He acknowledges the existence of a 'fourth trimester', i.e. the first three months of the baby's life and the need to use techniques to make the baby feel as in the mother's womb to calm him/her down, appealing to their calm reflex.
These techniques are summarized as the five S's: Swaddling (very tight, to resemble the tight environment of the uterus), Side or Stomach position (otherwise known as the football hold), Shushing (as loud as the baby cries), Swinging (making the head jiggle slightly, to replicate the mom's movements with the baby in her tummy) and Sucking (with your finger,...
